Punjabi Welfare Trust (Regd. 676) is a Delhi Cantt-based non-profit organization(NGO)committed to building a brighter future for the younger generation through career empowerment, educational initiatives, public health awareness, and environmental development. For the past four years, our trust has been working tirelessly to uplift communities and create meaningful impact across the region.

Our Work During COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Punjabi Welfare Trust stood on the frontlines to support those most in need. Our members worked around the clock, delivering food, distributing masks and sanitizers, and providing medical assistance to affected families. It was a time that tested humanity, and we are proud to say our trust responded with compassion and commitment.

LANGER SEWA
The Punjabi Welfare Trust NGO upholds this centuries-old Sikh tradition by organizing regular langar sewa, focusing especially on reaching the most vulnerable segments of societ
- Special-Event Langar: The Trust organizes langar at key community sites, including hospitals, schools, and areas with high needs. This ensures that not only are needy families fed, but also patients, caretakers, and children have reliable access to wholesome food
- Hygienic and Nutritious Meals: Upholding both tradition and modern health standards, the Trust pays careful attention to food quality and cleanliness, so that every meal is safe and nourishing.
- Response to Emergencies: During times of crisis—such as lockdowns or natural disasters—the Trust mobilizes to expand services, delivering packed meals to those stranded or unable to work, ensuring nobody in need goes hungry
Education Campain

These festivities showcase folk dances like bhangra and giddha, traditional music, and authentic Punjabi cuisine—offering an immersive cultural experience to all participants
- Promoting Community Policing: Delhi Police’s active participation transforms these events into avenues for community outreach—highlighting schemes, safety initiatives, and building lasting trust with the public. Initiatives like live music shows, art exhibitions, and street plays are used to educate on social themes such as road safety and drug prevention
